What to do when I used all my attempts – For the company Individuals.

Step 1: Log in 

Go to the login Page and Log in with your registered email address - https://www.learningconnect.co.uk/Home  

Step 2: Access "My Courses" 

After logging in, click on the "My Courses" section. Here, you will find a list of the courses you have been assigned to by your company.  

Step 3: Check Attempt Count 

In the "My Courses" section, you will see the courses assigned to you along with the number of attempts you have made. Take note of your attempt count.   

Step 4: Request Manager to assign the course (if attempts exhausted) 

If you have used up all your attempts for a particular course, the next step is to request to assign a course from your manager.  

Important Note: When all attempts have been exhausted, it's crucial to communicate with your manager promptly. Your manager will help facilitate any additional steps required to continue your learning journey effectively.
